Collection Head, Magma Finance Limited, SCO No.13, Sector 3, NH-1, GT Road, Karnal.

                   Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer

ORDER:

                     The Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that the matter stand  compromised with the OP and as per compromise he will pay Rs.5000/- to the OP. He has also stated that he is not a guarantor in any case relating to Megma Finance.. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the OP has made a statement that he has received Rs.5000/- from the complainant and NOC would be issued to the complainant within thirty days. Their statements have been recorded.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
