Heard the Learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Respondent, who has appeared in person. Pursuant to the direction given on 10.07.2018, the Appellant has deposited the entire principal amount along with interest @ 9% p.a. The Respondent, who has appeared in person, has expressed his willingness to give a quietus to the matter by accepting the principal amount, along with interest @ 9% p.a., deposited by the Appellant before this Commission. We, therefore, dispose of this Appeal, with a direction to the Registry to release the entire amount deposited by the Appellant, along with accrued interest, if any, to the Respondent by Demand Draft within a week. The draft be sent to the Respondent by registered post at the below mentioned address: Col.
