                   As per office report, the record of the District Forum has been received.

                   When we were going to dismiss this appeal on merits, Sh. Sanjiv Pabbi, Advocate, Counsel for the applicant/appellant states that the appellant is ready to make the payment. However, let the appellant may not be burdened with compensatory cost. We are of the opinion that invoking of doctrine of merger, the time period of making the payment will start only after passing of this order. Accordingly, it is ordered that if the amount is paid within 30 days from today, the compensatory cost will not be payable by the appellant.

                   Accordingly, this appeal is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
