            On 11.08.2021, the complainant had sought time to file copy of the policy along with its terms and conditions.  Again on 07.10.2021, he sought time to do the needful.  But thereafter the complainant never appeared.  Even after lapse of one year, the matter is still at admission stage. Today again no one is present on behalf of the complainant.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter.  Accordingly, the complaint  is dismissed in default of appearance and non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
