ORDER

     Short submissions by way of affidavit on behalf of JD No.1 have been filed.

     The learned counsel for JD No.2 has tendered the copies of receipts/drafts indicating that JD has already paid the entire amount to the complainants/DHs. As none has turned up on behalf of complainants/DHs, the execution application is dismissed being infructuous since the aforesaid complainants/DHs have already received the payment.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
