Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.30 p.m., but none appeared on behalf of the complainant. On the last two dates of hearing also, none appeared on behalf of the complainant nor deposited the fee for sending the product to laboratory for test nor took the the sample to the laboratory as stated to this Forum that he shall deposit the test fee himself. All this shows that the complainant is no more interested in prosecuting the present complaint and same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
