Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present. In course of hearing it is revealed that there is defect in the cause-title of the complaint petition. At this stage, the complainant side “not-pressed” the complaint petition.

As the complaint petition is “not-pressed”, this case is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the case afresh after curing defects.
