ORDER

                    Called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Earlier Sh. Lovedeep Singh Sodhi was the counsel in this case. On 16.03.2016, Ms. Palak Dev, counsel for the complainant has appeared in this case and filed her Vakalatnama. On 19.01.2017, Ms. Neha Sharma advocate appeared and states that she has been engaged by the complainant and the case was adjourned for filing of Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant. On the last date of hearing, none appeared on behalf of the complainant and notice was issued to the complainant for appearance. As per office report, notice sent to the complainant through registered post has not been received back served/ unserved.  Called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant.

                   None has turned up on behalf of complainant. Case has been called several times since morning. Hence, there is no other option but to dismiss the complaint in default. It is ordered accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
