ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 28.02.2024, Sh.Vikas Tanwar, Counsel for Complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, he has received the draft of Rs.12,000/-, bearing draft No.508122 dated 27.02.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank in favour of complainant from OP No.1 through their counsel Sh.Gaurav Kant Goel, Advocate as full & final settlement in the present matter and he withdraws the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
