The Complainant is absent without step. None tuprned up behalf of the complt. on repeated calls.

It appears from the record that on 23.12.2020 the complainant remained absent

without steps.

As such, on 06.07.2022 he was directed to show cause as to why the case will not be dismissed for non prosecution. Inspite of that, the complt. did not file any show cause, which shows that he is not interested to proceed further with this case.

As such, the case is liable to be dismissed.

Let the copies of this judgment be served upon the parties of this case free of cost.
