CONSUMER COMPLAINT NO. 4  OF  2021

ORDER

     Offer has been given by counsel for OPs that they are ready to refund Rs.55,000/-, which was paid by the complainant to the OPs, plus Rs.5,000/- as compensation/costs towards full and final settlement of this complaint, which is acceptable to the counsel for complainant. Now we order that OPs are directed to pay Rs.60,000/- (Rs.55,000/- plus Rs.5,000/-) to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is made clear that in case the amount settled is not paid to the complainant by the OPs within the stipulated period, complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing execution and for non compliance, OPs shall also pay Rs.15,000/- further to the complainant. This complaint is disposed of accordingly.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
