2.Club Mahindra(Regional Office)SCO No.504, Block-A, 5^th Floor, Elante Office Sweets Plot No.179-178A, Industrial Area Phase, Chandigarh through Sh.Varundeep Bajwa.

ORDER:                

                    The complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he has compromised with the Opposite Parties and as per compromise he has received the cheque No.544988 dated 29.3.2016 for Rs.59128/-.He has further stated that in case of dishonour of

 

 

 

the cheque, he reserves his right for execution and he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. His statement has been recorded.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
