Today, Statement of Sh.Rajan Khosla, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Diwanshu Chawla, Advocate recorded that the compromise has been effected with the Opposite Parties. Today, he has received a Demand Draft bearing No.514251 dated 13.6.2022 for Rs.60,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank in his favour as full and final payment. So, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person along with his Counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
