     Previous costs of Rs.500/- paid by OP. Written statement and evidence on behalf of OP have been filed. Copy given to the other side.

     The parties have settled the matter. Statement of Sh.Jasmeet Singh Bhatia, Counsel for OP has been recorded. Statement of Ms.Jaspreet Kaur,Complainant in person, has also been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order. If OP fails to make the payment, complainant shall have a right to get the amount recovered through execution.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
