1.         Club Mahindra Holidays, SCO No.188-189, Second Floor, Sector 8-C, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh, through its Branch Manager.

2.         Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Mahindra Towers, 2nd Floor, 17/18, Patullos Road, Chennai-600 002 through its Managing Director.

                                                                                                            - Opposite Parties

 

Present:           Sh.Jitin Kalra, Complainant with counsel Sh.Gagan Aggarwal, Advocate for Complainants.

Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate for OPs.

 

Dated, the 4th day of March, 2011.

                        ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate for OPs.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OPs will pay a total sum of Rs.29,000/- to the complainants towards full and final settlement within a period of four weeks from today i.e. 4.3.2011.

 

Statement of Sh.Jitin Kalra, Complainant No.1 in person with counsel Sh.Gagan Aggarwal, Advocate for Complainants.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Ashim Aggarwal, Advocate for OPs. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly”

 

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OPs would pay a total sum of Rs.29,000/- to the complainants towards full and final settlement within a period of four weeks from today i.e. 4.3.2011.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
