Complainant present so also the learned counsel for the OP is present.

 

ORDER

 

1. The learned counsel for the OP filed joint memo with DD for an amount of Rs.78,256/- drawn in favour of the complainant from HDFC bank.

 

2. The contents of the joint memo are read over and explained to the complainant who is present in the open forum who admits the contents of the joint memo are true and correct. In the said memo, an amount of Rs.10,259/- shown to be debited from the account of the complainant is recredited in his account. This fact is admitted by the complainant. The complainant is ready to accept the said DD for an amount of Rs.78,256/-. Accordingly, the said DD is handed over to the complainant in the open forum who accepted the same. The complainant orally submits that he has already received an amount of Rs.10,259/- also. Hence, we do not find any impediment to allow this joint memo. By virtue of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the lis, we close this case as the claim of the complainant is fully satisfied.  

 

         3. Office is directed to return the documents produced by the Complainant by obtaining proper acknowledgment.

 

         4. Both parties are directed to bear their own cost.
