     At this stage, vide her separate statement, Mrs.Nishi Kamal, Complainant, has stated that she withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied as the matter has been settled between the parties. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
