            Complainant  is present in person. Ld. Advocate for the OP is also present. 

            Received the report dated 03.04.2019 submitted by S.I. Sajedur Rehaman of Ballygung P.S. duly forwarded by the O/C Ballygung P.S. On perusal of the said report it appears  to us that the OP M/s Club 7 Holidays Ltd., 10, Lansdowne Terrace, Kolkata -700026 falls under the jurisdiction of Rabindra Sarabor P.S. Complainant filed the instant  consumer case before this Forum showing that the OP is carrying on business within jurisdiction of Ballygung P.S. As per report dated 03.04.2019 submitted by S.I. of Ballygung P.S. it appears to us that the OP is carrying on business at 10, Lansdowne Terrace, Kolkata -700026 which falls within the jurisdiction Rabindra Sarabor P.S. which is outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. Thus, this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain the instant complaint case. Accordingly, the consumer complaint be returned to the complainant  for filing it in proper Forum having jurisdiction to entertain the same if not otherwise barred by law.

            The complaint case is, thus,  disposed of.
