                   File taken up today on the application moved by complainant Sourabh Bansal in which he has stated that the company has paid him the cost of TV to settle this case. Complainant further made a statement that the OPs No. 2 & 3 have already made the payment of Rs. 20,000/- as cost of TV and the matter has been compromised and he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Keeping, in view the statement made by complainant present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to record–room after due compliance.
