This is a complaint filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the matter stood over to this date for consideration.After hearing the matter thecommission passed an order as follows:
This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties. After admitting the complaint notice was issued to the opposite parties and the same was returned with endorsement as addressee not known. Since 26/04/2021 this case is posted for taking steps against the opposite parties. The complainant was continuously absent and has not taken any steps against the opposite parties to further proceed with this case. Hence this Commission issued notice to the complainant to appear before this Commission today to further proceed with this case. The notice issued to the complainant was returned with endorsement addressee left. The notice was issued by this Commission in the address furnished by the complainant in the complaint. In view of the continuous absence of the complainant, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with this complaint.
In the result complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to cost.
A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
