Cleopatra, Spa Wellness Beauty & Makeup Studio             Opposite Party(OP)

 

 

Present:           Ms.Shelly Chhabra, Authorized Representative of Complainant.

Sh.Darshanbir Singh, Medical Consultant/Representative of OP.

                       

Dated, the 12th day of March, 2010.

                        ORDER

 

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Darshanbir Singh s/o Sh.J.S.Kathuria, aged about 37 years, Medical Consultant/Representative of OP-Cleopatra.

 

That the matter has been settled between the parties. The remaining beauty services have been resumed by the OP. In lieu of the expenses incurred by the complainant, the OP will not charge service tax of the remaining beauty services from the complainant.

 

Statement of Ms.Shelly Chhabra, Authorized Representative of Complainant.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Darshanbir Singh, Medical Consultant/Representative of OP-Cleopatra. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP would not charge service tax of the remaining beauty services from the complainant. 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
