            Sh.Ashok Kumar Aggarwal, Complainant in person, has made an application dated 8.11.2012 for withdrawal of his complaint as dispute has been resolved. He has also made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“The OPs have redressed my grievance. So, I do not press this complaint further. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

 

 

            In view of the application and statement made by the complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
