1.       This complaint is filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 and stood over to this date for consideration and this Commission passed the following order.

2.       This is a complaint filed by the complainant against the opposite parties alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite parties. After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to the opposite parties. Both opposite parties filed version. The case was posted for proof affidavit of the complainant on 27.06.2022. The complainant filed settlement memo dated 17.05.2022 stating that the opposite parties refund the entire amount on 12.04.2021 and withdrawing the case.

          In the result, the complaint is dismissed as settled. There will be no order as to costs.

                  A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.

           Dictated to the Confidential Assistant, transcribed by her corrected by me and pronounced in the Open court, this the 27^th June 2022.
