                        Complainant on 01.07.2016 at 12.30 p.m filed a withdrawal petition of this case stating that the opposite party 1 and 2 ready to return the mobile phone of the complainants after curing the defect. Opposite party 1 and 2 also agreed the condition in the withdrawal petition.  Hence case disposed and a warranty for a further period of 1 year is also allowed to the complainant from today onwards.

                   Declared in the Open Forum on this the 1^st day of July, 2016.
