| Final Order / Judgement | Kamaldeep Singh Versus Classic Legends Pvt.Ltd. Present:- Sh.Ravneet Singh, Sarna, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant. In this case, Sh.Kamaldeep Singh, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Ravneet Singh, Sarna, Advocate already suffered a statement that after filing of present complaint, a compromise has been arrived between him and the Opposite Parties. As per the terms of the compromise, the OP No.6 has issued a Cheque bearing No.000017 dated 16.09.2021 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. for a sum of Rs.2,11,000/- in his favour towards full and final settlement. Copy of the above said Cheque as Mark-A and copy of his Affidavit as Mark-B are placed on record. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. So accordingly, in view of the statement already given by the complainant along with his counsel, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised.
