          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Shri Sushil Sharma, appeared on behalf of OPs, by filing authority letter. Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. He has received the amount of Rs.1,20,000/-, through online transfer in the Bank Account No.01192041004648 of Punjab National Bank, Ambala Cantt. Therefore, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
