ORDER

Counsel for the OPs has handed over two cheques of Rs.10,000/- and Rs.75000/- towards full and final settlement of the dispute, which has been duly received by the counsel for complainant who further handed over the same to the complainant.  Copies of the same have been retained on the file.

                     Counsel for the complainant and  the complainant in person have appended a note on the complaint  that the have received  the aforesaid cheques towards full and  final settlement of the dispute. In this view of the matter the complainant states at bar that he withdraws the complaint being fully satisfied.                 

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.                

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
