The record is put up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the learned counsel for the complainant. The complainant’s counsel has filed a memo with prayer to drop the case as withdraw on the grounds that the matter has been amicably settled with the Ops and he does not want to proceed with the case any more. The other side has received the copy without objection and the complainant has been identified by his counsel. Being asked the complainant stated that he does not want to proceed with the case any more. So the memo is accepted. The case is dropped & closed as withdrawn.

               The record need not be put up on the date fixed. The complainant’s counsel has filed a memo to take the certified copy of the above order. It is allowed.
