Revision Petitioner in person and O.P. Nos. 2, 3 & 4 through Mr. Ritobroto Banerjee, the Ld. Advocate are present.  By consent of revision petitioner appearing in person and the Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Nos. 2, 3 & 4 this revisional application is taken up for disposal. 

This revisional application is directed against the order dated 25.08.2010 whereby the Forum below has passed an order for disposal of the complaint case itself instead of taking up the matter for passing interim order on the application filed therefor.  In course of hearing it transpires that evidence has been adduced by both the parties and BNAs have also been filed by them.  Regard being had to the above facts and circumstances and more particularly considering the nature of the impugned order we are not at all inclined to interfere with the same in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.  The revisional application is accordingly disposed of by directing the Forum below to dispose of the complaint case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from this date.  However, it is recorded that if cross-examination has not been done in respect of the evidences adduced by the parties then such cross-examination shall be allowed before taking up the complaint case for final disposal.
