            The file is taken up on the application of the complainant for withdrawal of the complaint.  Withdrawal has been sought on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction.  The Counsel for complainant has stated that they have informed to OP with regard to withdrawal of the complaint.  Since the withdrawal has been sought on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction, her application for withdrawal is allowed with liberty to file the same at the appropriate court/forum.  Her statement is recorded separately.  On her having withdrawn the complaint, the date fixed stands cancelled.
