A perusal of file and pleadings show that complainant had undergone operation of Nalbandi (Sterlization) on 20-4-2019 from the Civil Hospital, Bathinda and it is the case of the complainant that after four years of said operation, she conceived and since the pregnancy is in advance stage, as such, complainant is not left with even option of MTP. Counsel for the complainant has also pleaded deficiency in service and negligence on the part of the opposite parties.

We have heard learned counsel for the complainant and gone through the case.

As per record perused, the operation of Nalbandi (Sterlization) of the complainant was carried out in a Government Hospital, free of cost and as such, the relation of consumer and service provider is not established from the facts and documents on record. As such, the complaint being without any merit, is dismissed. However, the complainant is given liberty to approach competent court of law for redresssal of her grievances.

Copy of order be sent to the complainant free of cost.
