On instruction, it is stated by Shri Ajit S. Bhasme, Advocate for the petitioner (In R.P. Nos.2946 to 2966 of 2010) and Shri Chirag M. Shroff, Advocate for the petitioner (in R.P. No.813-820 of 2011) that since both the petitioners are Govt. bodies and in order to not to have litigation inter se between them, they do not want to press the above noted petitions and want to withdraw the same. However, it has been prayed that sum of Rs.10,000/- towards cost as awarded against them should be waived of. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the above noted revision petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. As per record, there is no order of Rs.10,000/- vide which cost was imposed upon the petitioners. However, District Forum has awarded compensation of Rs.10,000/- to each of the complainants which we are unable to waive, since the complainants are not before us. The prayer made for waving the cost thus stand rejected.
