                        File has been summoned on the application filed by the ld. Counsel for the applicant/complainant for making necessary correction in the judgment dated 15.10.2024 of this Commission on the ground that the name of the counsel for the complainant has not been mentioned in the judgment whereas he has filed Vakalatnama on file. File perused. As per record, the Vakalatnama of ld. Counsel for the complainant is already on file but inadvertently due to clerical mistake, his name could not be mentioned in the order/judgment dated 15.10.2024 of this Commission. As such the application is allowed and it is directed that the name of ld. Counsel for the complainant be read as Sh.DigvijayJakhar in judgment dated 15.10.2024. This order should be read as part of previous order/judgment already announced on 15.10.2024. Copy of this order be placed on the main file and will be annexed with the judgment dated 15.10.2024 and also supplied to both the parties free of costs. Misc. Application be attached with the main file. Assistant/Clerk is directed to make an entry of the same, in order dated 15.10.2024 of this Commission.

                        File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
