ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed as under: O.P. is hereby directed to issue no objection certificate in favour of the complainant, addressed to the R.T.O. Mysore for removal of the H.P. Agreement made in the R.C. Book in respect of Vehicle bearing registration No.KA-09-M-5985, with in a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order with intimation to the complainant by RPAD. If such intimation is given within prescribed period, the O.P is directed to pay damages of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant with cost of Rs.500/- within two months from the date of receipt of this order. If O.P. fails to comply with the above the RTO Mysore, and such entry of H.P. Agreement shall be deleted at the instance of the complainant. The O.P. shall be liable to pay damages of Rs.10,000/- and cost of Rs.500/- in case of such default to the complainant. Such amount shall be paid within one month, thereafter, by the O.P failing which it shall carry interest at the rate of 18% p.a. till the date of payment. Send certified copy of this order to the O.P. RPAD in the postage provided by the complainant and to the complainant under C.O.P.
