Sharad Aggarwal vs. Citi Financial

CC No. 334 of 2012.

 

Present: None for complainant.

              Sh. K.K.Gupta, Advocate, on behalf of Kotak Mahindra Bank.

 

                        Today the complaint was fixed for filing of amended complaint/ amended title. However neither amended complaint/ amended title has been filed nor anyone appeared on behalf of complainant.  Case called several times since morning but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from last 4-5 continuously hearing i.e. 11.01.2016, 11.02.2016, 01.04.2016, 30.06.2016 and 17.08.2016. The case pertains to the year 2012. It seems that complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Hence, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint. Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
