A joint compromise petition has been filed by either side stating theirin that they have settled their dispute amicabily for the amount of Rs 1,00,000 ( One Lakh Rupees ) payable to the complainant by the Opp.The amount will be paid by Opp within 20 days from the date of passing of this order.

             In the light of compromise this case is disposed off brfore the National Lok Adalat. Opp is directed to pay the agreed amount of Rs 1,00,000 ( One lakh Rupees  ) to the complainant within 20 days . Keep the record in the record room. 

Copy of this order be given to either side free of cost for information needful and strict compliance.
