ORDER:

                   Sh.Gajender Chandel ,ASM of the Ops has made a statement that the Ops are ready to replace the old mobile set (K 051) with a new one of the same model subject to return of old mobile set alongwith accessories.

                   Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint.        Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing.      In view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
