                           Perusal of the record shows that complainant has appeared only once before the present Bench in December 2022 when he had sought adjournment to address the arguments on the next date of hearing but did not appear on the date and was granted last and final opportunity for the next date of hearing. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
