Hon’ble National Commission has been pleased to remand the case before the Dist. Forum to allow the respondent to file W/V on 15/07/2015.

Hon’ble National Commission has been pleased to direct that evidence be concluded within 2 weeks and the case be decided till 17/08/2015 and the compliance report be sent to the Registrar of the Hon’ble National Commission .

Accordingly the case has been decided and the final order has been passed on 17/08/2015 by this Forum.

In view of above , instant Execution case be disposed of.
