None appeared for the petitioners. Petitioners moved application and submitted that they may be exempted from personal appearance and case be decided on merits on the basis of arguments and documents in appeal. Perusal of impugned order dated 25.7.2012 reveals that appeal was dismissed in default as well as petitioner failed to comply with directions regarding supply of readable copy of documents as well as depositing cost imposed on 10.10.2011. As the petitioner neither appeared before the State Commission nor complied with the directions, appeal was rightly dismissed for non-prosecution and default. Consequently, petition stands dismissed with no order as to cost.
