Order no. 23       dt. 26.10.09

Both the parties are present. We have perused the petition dated 16.10.09 filed by the complt stating therein that the parties have amicably settled theri disputes ouside the court. We have also received the NOC issued by the op staing therein that there is no outstanding dues.

Having due regard to the circumstances the case is disposed of on full satidfaction of both the parties. Supply certified copy of this order on payment of certified fees.
