Stated that OPs are ready to settle both the loan accounts mentioned in the present complaint in full and final settlement amounting to Rs.3,60,000/-. The complainant shall make the said payment of Rs.3,60,000/- to the Chandigarh Branch of the OPs within 30 days from today i.e. 17.02.2017.

I have heard the statement made by Sh.Sorabh Sharma, Counsel for OPs today. I have no objection to the above settlement. The complainant shall make the payment of Rs.3,60,000/-, against both the loan accounts mentioned in the complaint, to the Chandigarh Branch of the OPs within 30 days from today i.e. 17.02.2017. This complaint be disposed of accordingly as settled.
