ORDER

The parties have amicably settled the matter.  Compromise deed has been placed on record.   The complainant  has appended a note on the complaint that he withdraws the same  in view of compromise arrived at between the parties with liberty to file a fresh one.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled. Both the parties shall be bound by the compromise deed.   However, in case the OPs failed to take necessary steps within three weeks from today i.e. the date of withdrawal of complaint, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before  the appropriate authority/forum.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
