Present:       Complainant Sh.Gurmeet Singh in person along with Sh.S.S.Heer,  Advocate.

                   Case file taken up today on the basis of an application filed by Sh.S.S.Heer, Advocate for complainant. Complainant Sh.Gurmail Singh along with counsel Sh.S.S.Heer, Advocate suffered statement for withdrawing the complaint because compromise alleged to be arrived at with Ops.

                   In view of that joint recorded statement of complainant and his counsel, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Information qua withdrawal of this complaint brought to the notice of Sh.Sunil Goel, Advocate representing OP1, OP2 and OP4 as well as Sh.Alok Mohindra, Advocate representing OP5 by sending them notices in writing by the office in this respect. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
