ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party  to issue the closure letter for full settlement and also to withdraw the letter sent to credit information and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and Rs.5,000/- as cost of the complaint.

Steps for impleading Legal heirs not filed for long time; complainant no representation also.  Hence the complaint is dismissed as abated.
