The complainant has filed the present complaint against the OP under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986. The present execution has been filed for executing the final orders dated 19.02.2014 passed by the predecessor Bench of this Forum. In pursuance to this order an appeal has filed by the OP vide FA number 385/2014 and the operation of the impugned order of this Forum was stayed vide orders dated 13.05.2014 by the Hon’ble State Commision.

2.        The DH also filed complaint against the Members of this Forum. He has earlier also filed complaint against Hon’ble Bench of the Learned State Commission. The DH also did not maintain the decorum of the Forum by using loud voice and the copy of the proceedings dated 12.09.2018 were sent the Hon’ble State Commission.

3.        In view of above factual position and also that the complainant made complaint against the Members of this Forum, we refrain from proceedings further with this execution petition. Accordingly the file be placed before the Hon’ble President/State Commission Delhi on 8^th Feb,2019, complete in all respects with a request of transfer this petition to some other appropriate bench. Complainant is directed to appear before the Hon’ble State Commission on above mentioned date i.e, on 08.02.2019.

Copy of the order may be forwarded to the complainant  to the case free of cost as statutorily required. This final order be sent to server (www.confonet.nic.in  File be consigned to record room.
