ORDER

     A bankers cheque of Rs.10536/- in the name of complainant has been received by the complainant today. Photocopy of the bankers cheque has been retained on record. The complainant has also made an endorsement on the photocopy of the cheque that he has received bankers cheque of Rs.10536/- and he is fully satisfied and would like to withdraw the execution as he is fully satisfied. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     The recovery certificate issued under Section 25(3) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, to the concerned District Collector, if any, be called back.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
