Jdr has filed a compliance report showing deduction of excess interest as per order of the Forum and it is shown in the Loan Account No. 1501605 .

Dhr is present.

Compensation amount of Rs. 10,000/- shall be disbursed to the Dhr when a D/D of Rs. 10,000/- being no. 945894 dt. 28/04/2015 is handed over to the Dhr.

Jdr to hand over loan A/C settlement within 15 days by sending it by post.

So the Ex.Case is disposed of on full satisfaction .

Hand over the deposited Rs. 25000/- to the Ld.adv of the Jdr at once on proper receipt.
