Learned counsel for the parties submitted that matter has been compromised between the parties and respondent will make payment of Rs. 25,000/- to the petitioner for full and final settlement of the claim within two weeks and petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision. Application is allowed and revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, in the light of joint settlement, filed by the parties.
