ORDER

Order dated 28.05.2009 The learned Advocate for the complainants presents memo for withdrawal. It is submitted in the memo that claim of the complainants has been settled out of court by the opposite party. Therefore, complainants requested to dismiss the complaint. The opposite party representative present and files account statement. Sum of Rs.50,000/- was credited towards cheque amount, Rs.1,054/- is credited towards interest and legal costs of Rs.5,000/- was also credited on 21/05/2009 to the account of the complainants. So, in view of the settlement of the issue between the parties the complaint is dismissed as requested by the parties. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT
